Mayor Rea's Approach to this Election
Candidates approach elections in different ways. In order for you to make an informed decision about who to choose in this Mayoral election, Mayor Rea believes it is important to understand how he plans to approach the November election.
Mayor Rea plans to tell you about his experience working with this great city, first in Planning, Community Development, Redevelopment, Economic Development, and then as your Mayor. He'll tell you why he believes that experience is important and helpful.
He will focus on telling you why he believes he should be elected, not why someone else should not be elected.
He'll give you honest answers, not political answers, to the questions you ask. If he does not know the answer, he'll try to find it for you.
He'll layout clear plans on things that affect you. From Mayor Rea, you'll understand the things he has tried to do control your city portion of the property tax. You'll know about his plans for improving neighborhoods; for delivering great services; for creating and retaining good jobs; for working with our citizens and business community; and for improving the quality of life of our citizens.
He'll make himself available to you, your neighborhood, civic, or church group to tell you more about him, his team, and what he hopes to accomplish.
